We bought our first home with Steven at the end of last year (2020). We were referred to him through a friend, and started the conversation with him approximately a year prior to that with the goal to purchase at the end of the year / early 2021. Steven provided us with so much information and such kind service, we couldn't possibly describe in words. He took us to many options to expand our knowledge of the market, he gave us analytical answers to all our questions, and understood our needs well. Throughout our whole search, we never felt rushed to purchase, and we never felt as if we lacked information. Steven had a good understanding of the local market, and a good understanding of what a professional Real Estate exchange should look like. Eventually, through his efforts of taking us to many different locations, we found a condo building that we fell in love with. We waited for a listing that suited our needs, and put out an offer in record time. Through his hard work and negotiation, we landed exactly where we had expected, and purchased the home within a month. Even then, Steven was clear about providing us with tons of information (what we need to do to do an inspection, contact a notary, etc.). He even went through our Strata documents with us page by page to make sure we understood what living environment we were purchasing ourselves into. Helped us buy our new dream home and sell our old one. Super friendly and extremely service-oriented. Always prompt in responses and had great ideas for potential renovation ideas (and was helpful in pointing out pitfalls). I appreciate the analytical way they approached finding the right home for us. When it comes to ensuring our possession experience, they went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for possession date, even paying out of their own pocket for junk removal of some leftover items. Would deal with again!
