Nadine Brunelle

Real estate has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember.

Growing up, I was surrounded by the industry. My mom, dad, brother, and brother-in-law are all REALTORS®, and before becoming licensed myself, I worked as an assistant for my parents' real estate business. Long before I ever represented clients of my own, I was learning the ins and outs of the profession, helping behind the scenes, and seeing firsthand the impact a dedicated REALTOR® can have on a family's future.

In 2017, I became licensed and began helping clients navigate one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives. As my family grew, I focused much of my time on raising my four children while continuing to assist friends, family, and referral clients with their real estate needs. Those years reinforced the importance of communication, organization, patience, and always putting people first.

Today, with my children getting older, I am excited to dedicate more time and energy to growing my business and serving clients throughout Chilliwack and the Fraser Valley.

As a wife, mom of four, homeowner, and longtime Fraser Valley resident, I understand that a home is about much more than square footage. It's where memories are made, families grow, and life's important moments happen. Whether you're buying your first home, upsizing, downsizing, or investing, I am committed to providing honest advice, strong communication, and guidance you can trust.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my husband Larry and our children, trying new recipes, gathering around the table with family and friends, and supporting local farms, markets, restaurants, and small businesses throughout the Fraser Valley.

For me, real estate has always been about relationships. My goal is to help clients feel informed, supported, and confident every step of the way.
