My experience working with Ben Archibald from the Howard Team has been stellar. From starting to understand the market to nuances of various neighborhoods, Ben was there to guide the way. The market was very competitive and we had to be on our toes trying to get to open houses as soon as we could. Ben was on the field every time as our eyes and ears. We were successful to a large extent because of his strong expertise as well as superb work ethic as some days we had to be in touch round the clock. When we decided to sell our house, we had no idea what the procedures were. That’s when we considered getting a realtor. All through the process of selling our house, from start to finish, the team was there to inform us: weekly updates of the showings, number of visits of potentiel buyers, comments from the visits, possible ajustements to our price.
