Bryon is a great real estate agent, nice, honest and a friendly family man of experience. He saw the potential of my condo, the den that could be counted as a 3rd room, when others thought that the fact that I had a surface parking instead of underground lowered the value of my property. He knocked on neighbours' doors to see who was thinking about buying, and in fact, the buyer was renting in my building. Bryon managed to sell my condo at a better price than the average offers.
