Christian helped us with our first apartment purchase in Vancouver in Dec 2019. The first time we met him, he gave us a lot of advice on what kind of apartment to look for based on our needs, even sat down in his office for a couple of hours to discuss. During various showings, he looked through the properties with us in detail, and pointed out what are the good and bad things for each unit. He would arrange for calls using his personal time late at night to make sure that we understand the contracts and documents (strata minutes, depreciation reports etc). That is pure dedication and care for his clients. During the offer process, there were multiple competing offers and we thought it was unlikely for our offer to get accepted. However, Christian was able to use his experience and excellent negotiation skills to help us get the seller's acceptance. He is also very responsive whenever we have questions. There is no doubt that Christian is the most amazing realtor. I met with him for the first time on Feb 1st, and my offer to my favourite condo was accepted on Feb 15th! Christian also took the time to read strata documents to uncover problems and/or major upcoming expenses. Overall, I was extremely happy with the service I received from Christian.
