Highly recommend Christian! To begin, the home buying process was pretty complicated for us given a few factors which were out of our control. This was our very first home and we really wanted to do our best to get what we wanted in the limited budget we had. From Day 1 - Christian made us feel comfortable. He explained every detail of the process & was flexible to work around our specific needs. He is extremely knowledgeable & does a great job of keeping his clients' needs & expectations aligned. He always asks the important questions and sometimes the difficult ones too, this is really required as this process can become a little overwhelming. On our home finding journey he really helped us prioritize prospective homes, which at the end of the day in a fast paced market like Vancouver turned out to be very important. He was really our QB in this process & helped us reach the end zone in awesome fashion!

My husband and I highly recommend Christian! Our recent purchase of a property was a rollercoaster of a ride, but Christian kept us on the rails and guided us to a successful completion. He is very knowledgeable, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. My husband and I can be quite leery when people try to sell us stuff and it’s commission-based, but Christian genuinely prioritized our best interests. He was upfront with the risks regarding the property we were looking at, working with us late at night to review associated costs and whether we could afford the property, skillfully communicating with the selling agent and bidding for us so that we weren’t too over or under and actually had our offer accepted.
