Approached Bob in May of 2019 to sell my house and small acreage. We settled on a price at the higher end of the market. Developers tried low balling me at first. Rejected 3 offers the first year. Relisted with Bob in 2020 and lowered the price to attract more interest. Within the month had a more reasonable offer which wasn’t quite enough. We countered and settled within $14,000 of my asking price. A mostly effortless involvement on my part. Very pleased with the results. Bob’s reputation is well deserved. I highly recommend him if you are in the market for selling or buying.

Called Bob McLean last week on Monday and made an appointment for 4pm Saturday for him to come and look at our house which we were considering listing with him. Sounded professional on the phone and seemed to be documenting the appointment. Saturday came and I texted a confirmation around 2pm and got no response. Tried calling him multiple times and always went to voice mail. 4pm came and went and he didn’t show up nor did he call us. Extremely disappointed because he had been referred to us by some friends. Won’t recommend or be using him to sell our house.
