Would give less stars if possible. Bob and his team were very arrogant and rude when selling a property for our family. Pushed his own way and made it so difficult for all parties involved. Weve heard others have had similar experiences. Dont recommend at all.

I bought a house in March 2021 and this team was the selling realtor. There was a lock box on the door handle, which has still not been removed after reminding their team a few times. Just a thought.... Are these lock boxes to be treated in a secure matter? This team doesn't take security very seriously, as it is now almost August and the lock box is still there. You think the MLS would monitor better too.

Bob helped us find our first home. We found a home that we liked and Bob showed us that day. We was there early and had it opened and all ready for us to view. We made a offer and it was accepted Friday night. Bob let us know right away and helped us over the weekend get everything ready.
