After spending a good year trying to decide whether or not we should sell our home…we decided to go ahead. From day one Trevor was there and picked up a dozen of my phone calls, whether it was me asking him about the market climate or bouncing ideas off of him due to our more complicated situation, needing to sell our home and purchase another simultaneously. This was all before we even actually decided to go ahead with the move. Trevor assisted us in putting together a solid plan and went right to work. For us personally one of the biggest things that we appreciated from Trevor was his honesty. If he didn’t feel right about something he would give us his honest opinion…sale price, purchase price, location and a number of other things. After spending approximately three months of seeing open houses in the cut throat early 2022 Metro Van real estate market we finally found our ideal property. Trevor was there for every single open house and was there to respond to my endless emailed listings and text messages/phone calls. The sale of our home was as smooth as a sale could be. From photos, to the listing to the open house weekends once again Trevor was in full force and in his element. Before we knew it…bammm…a sold sticker was on our for sale sign. Trevor has countless years of real estate experience in the Metro Van and Fraser Valley, enormous real estate market knowledge and is an absolute pleasure work with and deal with. All future local real estate purchases/sales are going through Trevor without a doubt. A key to being successful in Real Estate is having a good realtor by your side if you’re not one yourself. I've worked with a lot of Real Estate agents in the past when I was writing software for them, and I am skeptic because many of them are just expensive marketing machines. When we moved to Vancouver where I know no one from the category, I was hesitant... Then we met Trevor, when visiting an open house in Maple Ridge, and we were inspired so we asked him help in our search: he has demonstrated us to be transparent, strategic and rational despite the complex market conditions where it is not easy to find a nice home within your budget, especially for demanding customers like us. We have stressed Trevor for 3 months but our search was successful, and Trevor was there helping us with all the challenges we faced (because today there will always be challenges and you need someone who can help!) until our final move in day. We'll surely contact Trevor next time we'll change house, and I cannot but recommend him to anyone in search for a home now.

Trevor did a great job walking me and my SO through all the steps for purchasing our new home. He was approachable, knowledgeable and communicated very effectively with all parties involved. You should not hire Trevor Tache as your realtor and here's why: I expressed to Trevor that I was completely inexperienced when it came to what to look for and the proper procedures when buying a home. I also explained to him the many health issues that I deal with, further explaining why I needed a realtor that I could trust to have my back. Trevor assured me that I could trust him and that he had my best interests at heart. Trevor did not own up to his word and unfortunately misrepresented me. He took advantage of me being naive and his actions made it clear that it was all about him making a quick sale. There were and still are many problems that Trevor created, but one of the more notable ones is that I ended up having to pay an increase of fourteen dollars a month to strata when I moved in, because he failed to be as educated about strata as he claimed to be. If you want someone to look out for you by making sure everything is in your best interests and don't want to be surprised by many extra expenses, I suggest that you keep looking.
