Having been previously unsuccessful with multiple realtors (4 to be exact) over the course of 10 months, I finally came across Trevor. He helped me find a Property in Port Coquitlam. Trevor is hard working, honest and a trusted partner in the sale of any home. I have had the pleasure of selling two homes with Trevor and in both cases we were very pleased with the outcome. Trevors honest approach started with a consultation of market value against several comparables and a to do list if repairs, cleaning prep instructions to get the best possible deal on our home. We felt not a penny was wasted and it became obvious that his instructions were true and worth it. The key to success it to take his wisdom to heart and let him work. Considering we were a family of five with two young tenants downstairs he was extremely accommodating with showings and meetings. During negotiations he didn't just give us numbers and messages but broke them down with us and gave his honest professional opinions while STILL taking our decision as final. We also used a real estate agent recommended to us by Trevor to buy in Kamloops after our sale and we got a great agent again! Don't walk, run to Trevor if you want to buy or sell a home! Trevor is by far the best realtor out there. I sold my home and bought my new home with him. He sold my home in 17 hours, that must be some kind of record! He did multiple walk throughs of my property and told exactly what I needed to do to make my home look show home ready and he was right!! He even helped the buyers realtor do their job. He is an absolute professional and unbelievably knowledgeable on everything property and real estate related. He provided context I didn't even think I would need, like future development plans for the area surrounding the properties I was looking at. He would tell me if the sellers realtor was possibly hiding something about the property and would dig to make sure my interests were protected. He knew every detail of every home and neighborhood we looked it, and the likelihood was that he was the selling realtor for when the property was constructed and sold. And so we are clear...I never met Trevor before, he was not referred to me. I googled local realtors in Maple Ridge, looked at reviews and homes each were selling, and after calling/emailing multiple to book home viewings, I got lucky. Really really lucky! And he is not just a subject matter expert in Maple Ridge, he sold my home in Surrey BC in 17 hours, in a buyers market. I couldn't say enough glowing things about him. We will use Trevor every single time, he is not just a realtor, he is family now.
