Selling and buying a new home is usually a very stressful time - not with Shannon and her team looking after you. Sale went like clockwork, minor staging recommended and home sold in a week and for over asking price. New home purchase survey found some issues which were dealt with in a quiet professional manner thru back and forth communication with sellers - nothing seemed to be a problem.
