Chandra came to us highly recommended by our mortgage broker and we couldn‚Äôt be happier. She helped my daughter and I find and purchase a Vancouver condo. As a real estate investor I have had the opportunity to work with a number of realtors over the years. Hands down, Chandra is the best I have worked with. Chandra proved to be extremely knowledgeable about the neighbourhoods as well as many of the individual buildings we were looking at. She quickly responded to all emails, messages and viewing requests. When we were interested in a particular property, she immediately obtained the depreciation reports and other building documents we needed in order to make an informed decision. Often those documents were in my inbox even before I arrived home from the viewing. She also promptly reviewed those documents and highlighted any concerns she might have. When making an offer to purchase, we knew we would be competing with multiple offers. Chandra provided guidance so that we could present the strongest possible offer (without taking undue risk) that would maximize our chances of success. Once our offer was accepted, she continued to be helpful in lining up inspections and appraisals and kept in touch through closing. Lastly, Chandra is such a pleasant person to deal with, we felt we had made a good friend. Following closing we were genuinely disappointed that we would no longer have an excuse to meet with her. I recommend Chandra without reservation. You can‚Äôt go wrong with her on your team.
