We loved working with Chandra on our first home purchase! I had friends who were looking the same time we were and it became very clear that Chandra gave us more care and attention than other realtors out there! Chandra made time to accompany us on home viewings despite being quite busy. If she couldn’t make it, she would have someone on her team take her place. She shared her knowledge of different neighbourhoods and pointed out things to look out for in the homes. I would echo other reviewers on her integrity. While bidding on a home, she did not advise us to outbid a competing offer, even though that may have increased her commission. She prioritized us being happy with our purchase and purchasing a quality home. When we were keen and energetic, she matched our energy and join us for multiple viewings. On weeks we were down and tired of home searching, she would take the lead and be proactive in sharing just a few listings to show us hope in a cut throat market. One area that was a bit hazy was the days leading up to closing. We didn’t have much contact and weren’t sure if we were supposed to schedule walkthroughs or visits of the place. Despite being a bit in the dark, closing went smoothly. Having bought at the peak of 2022 competition, we were able to secure our third offer attempt all thanks to Chanda’s guidance. Would recommend and would go to her again for future real estate transactions.
