Derek Martin….A Superbly experienced, and decent Realtor! This gentleman is one of a kind, and a top of the line Realtor. Why? He is a smart and very professional at his job. One can see his dedication and love of people, for what are sales without those who he might meet again, even personally. Whenever I contacted Derek, he responded immediately, and was always incredibly polite, and most helpful. This is just one factor that sets him apart from other Realtors. Derek definitely does his job well, and it shows from his vast knowledge of not only experience in this field, but also, from living right here, in the Okanagan. I’m absolutely certain that Derek could find exactly what you’re searching for, or where the main market is to sell to, as he knows not only the immediate area, but the surrounding areas as well. One can see that he enjoys his “job”, and takes it seriously. Quick turnarounds are his forte, without leaving one feeling you’ve lost out financially. Derek is obviously familiar with a great deal of people in a very wide vicinity, hence his successful career, which can only reflect onto the buyers and sellers. I know he is very up to date with what’s going on locally, and what’s new in the world of sales. For this, I respect him, as it must take a great deal of extra time reading up the latest trends/sales, etc; which again, is passed onto his clients. Derek has definitely earned his name for being a very likeable, efficient and knowledgeable Realtor. He is truly dedicated to his profession, and what’s more, makes time for his family, which proves to be a good balance. Never stressed, Derek is a real Gentleman. Personally, I have no hesitation in referring Derek to others in time of need, or even for a chat to feel out the land, and gain perspective. And besides, where else can you find such a likeable Gentleman? They are very unique these days.

Derek is truly a rockstar Realtor. From the advice he gave to prepare my home to get the most value out of it to his support in finding a new home for me.
