Amanda Dunphy We lucked out. I don’t know how else to state it. Over a year ago we started on our journey to move from Ontario to BC. We didn’t have any contacts in BC for realtors or anything else for that matter. Amanda is a skilled realtor and negotiator and ensured not only we could meet our budget but also a very tight closing date to ensure we were not left homeless for any period of time. Amanda also at one point moved provinces and understood all the other things that needed to be done besides just buying a home. Over and above and realtors scope, she recommended several potential lawyers, inspectors, sought out potential family doctors, dentists, MMA clubs for our son and much, much more.
