He recommended we look at a variety of options to narrow down what we were looking for, while wholeheartedly finding us the best fit. He was exceptional at answering our questions and finding the answers we needed about homes we were interested in. We had a ton of fun looking at properties with him. We called Salt Fowler in Vernon, BC in the North Okanagan area 5 years ago and was transferred to Glenn Beach. We were looking for an acreage. We met at our first viewing. This guy is tall! He's got years of experience. He never complained about the driving from place to place. He gave us everything we needed to know about every place. Everytime we met at an acreage he would have a folder ready for us with so much info on the place, the neighborhood, the area, the altitude for planting, the growing zone. Everything. Five years later, We decided we needed a bigger piece of land. An upgrade. There was no change in Glenn's professionalism. We found a place, he gave us all advice we needed to know and more. But the seller was some piece of work! Numurous offers had to be written. Finally came to a deal and we got it. Glenn kept his cool and professionalism. Not once he complained about the situation. He also helped calm us down! LOL This isn't our first BBQ, we've dealt with numerous realtor offices before. This one is different. They care for their agents success and clients aren't just numbers. I met Lisa Salt 5 years ago. We spoke, the owner actually spoke to us. Shook our hands, conversed with us. I highly recommend this Realtor! See you next time Glenn when we need more land... I worked with Ryan over the last few weeks on a real estate purchase in Vernon BC in the North Okanagan. I found her to be very honest and matter-of-fact in her dealings with me, things that for me inspires confidence and trust. She let me know about a couple of other properties in Vernon so I could compare, which was also helpful as I can get tunnel vision sometimes. She was very responsive when I had questions and got me answers in plenty of time. Very friendly as well, and sensitive to my buying experience as I told her my last one was not so pleasant. Yes, I would definitely recommend her as anyone's real estate agent.
