Thanks so much Mary for helping find my dream home! Mary's incredible attention to service and knowledge of the market were invaluable. I've bought and sold many homes and Mary is the best realtor ever.

I am the Broker of Record for a Real Estate Brokerage in Port Dover. One of my sales agents has a listing in Port Dover, and Ms. Hamilton stuck her business card in the door of the listed property asking the owner of the home to contact her immediately. The property is currently listed on the MLS system and has a sign outside the cul-de-sac with the Unit # on it. Needless to say, it is not at all professional and ethical to try to contact the owner of a listed property, behind the back of the listing sales agent. We do have a Code of Ethics and 7(1) of REBBA (Real Estate and Business Brokers Act) addresses this issue. The home has a tenant and the tenant was concerned there was a problem and contacted the listing sales agent. Ms. Hamilton should have contacted the listing agent before approaching the seller/owner.. As for your response... The listing agent has already spoke to Ms. Hamilton. I dont know who has responded to my review but it must not have been Ms. Hamilton or the review response would not have come back worded like that. This whole situation has been shady from the start and RECO will get our complaint.

I met Mary two years ago while flipping a house. I had it on the market for three months. I found her and she sold it for listing price in 3 days. Since then I've had her involved in selling my mom's house in Toronto (went for above listing in one day), another house in Hamilton we own, and my own which sold in 36 hours for above listing. I've now bought a home, with Mary and her team's services. Couldn't be a happier customer. They stage for free, Paul does a great job....the photos were beautiful. They are friendly and unbelievably hard working. They don't waste time!!!!! They are a well oiled machine but most of all they are very respectful of all our requests and we had many. Met Mary a while ago for another matter. Was so impressed with how she presents herself and her confidence while chatting about real estate. When it came time to sell my parents home Mary was the first and only person I thought of and ringed her up. Mary sold the house very quickly for over asking price with a quick closing. Everything I wanted,,,yahoo. Mary and her team are very sweet and communication is another 5 star.

My home was for sale in Niagara (Fonthill). I was trying to sell my home privately and I received a business card at my house from Mary Hamilton asking me to call her. I was hesitant calling as she was from the Hamilton area. Long story short. I called and I am very happy I did. She met with me and we went over the a few things relating to market value and my house. She was very friendly and professional. I was updated every Friday with the showing agents Input and educated on the market. I was under the impression that the price I was asking was high but Mary insisted it was fair market value as went over comparable homes in the area. Mary told me she will stage my home in a few days on the day of the listing. The whole house was staged in exactly 2 days and the house looked beautiful which I think definitely helped the sale of the house. All of her administration staff are very pleasant to speak, email and text with and very thorough with the process. Did I mention I got over asking price?! A1 service. This is my first review I have ever wrote as I felt the need too after experiencing excellent service from Mary. Highly recommended :)

My husband and I thought we can sell our house on our own (thru comfree) but Mary Hamilton came to us at the right time. She's very professional and knows the market well. She took off the stress we were feeling when selling our home. Sold our house sooner than we expected and had the closing date that we needed. We may not sell our new house now but definitley will recommend her to our friends whether they're selling or looking for a house. :)
