I worked with Mary and Sam in buying an income property. I was working with another realtor before, who was very knowledgeable as well, but I just kept losing houses. I would always hear, "They went with another offer". I found out I was losing houses over 6-10k! I decided to find a place on my own, and found Sam. I already knew I liked him based on how fast he would get back to me, as well as how knowledgeable he was. He also isn't scared to push questions to sellors/tenants or give me his honest opinion- which is so valuable when trying to find a good deal. When I said I wanted to work with him, he introduced me to Mary. After 1 conversation with Mary, I could already tell she was on a different level. She knows her stuff! The very next property I found, I got it! She fought for me! It's like having a gentle shark on your side lol... I was way more confident knowing she was on my team. She just knew what to say and the right amount of pressure to push back with. She's 100% a BOSS in what she does and I'm so happy I found her. Prior to listing with Mary, I listed my property with another Realtor and I have no offers for a couple months. I search for top Realtors in the Hamilton area and I reached out to Mary. After meeting with her I decided to have Mary and her team take over my listing. With in a few days Mary got me a great offer for my property. Her and her team were responsive, professional and hard working. They got my property sold in no time at all. Mary was always available to take my calls. I would highly recommend Mary Hamilton and her team.

Mary did everything she said she would. Mary and her staff all worked very hard and were extremely polite and pleasurable to work with.

Gave Mary a listing on my home at an agreed commission rate. There was another agent (from a different company) also in the running and I told that agent that I got a better rate from Mary so I signed with her. Later that day the agent who lost out gave me a copy of the MLS form showing that Mary had put thru a higher rate than promised. Mary indicated to me that it was an error. Well , not only did I not believe her but I fired her and wrote a long letter to the RAHB who , consequently , did nothing - another example of how self-governing bodies don't work. Obviously , I would never use her or recommend her. Ps. Since my posting she responded saying she doesn't remember any of this. But I refreshed her memory.

Mary and her team are great they sold my cottage super quick and for above the asking price !
