Born and raised in the beautiful town of Chilliwack, we have witnessed the tremendous change and growth that’s transformed the area into the Fraser Valleys hidden gem. Growing up we took advantage of everything that the Fraser Valley had to offer – hiking, biking, going to the river or the lake, spending time at community events etc… Our family’s foundation is built off what the Valley had to offer, and this is what we hope to pass to our future generations.

Rickneel has always had a passion for the design and development industry which led him to a career as an Architectural Technologist at a local Architecture firm. Over the years Rick has worked on many projects ranging from residential, commercial and institutional developments. The experience he has gained from this industry has provided him with a great perspective on how form and function play a major role in shaping how our communities come together and how our future generations will experience what we leave behind.

Praneel on the other hand has had a keen interest on the building side of the industry, personally framed and worked on many luxury residential homes over the past few years. His experience and interest has led him to have a in-depth view of how a well built home is constructed from the very first step to the very last step. This knowledge allows Praneel to see homes from a different perspective, and give his clients an educated and informed option when making the biggest purchase of their life!

Together, both brothers create a duo that is balanced by experience in the industry and work ethic that is second too none.
