If I could I'd give 10 stars! A friend of mine referred Sarah to me. And it was one of the best, luckyest thing that happened to me and my partner. Sarah is such a great person and professional! Very knowledgeable, very flexible, smart, kind and she has a lot of patience! She never rushed us to buy. She presented us the best options of condos in the market. We got a such great apartment in an incredible deal! Sarah is very intelligent and knows how to negociate. Today, almost 3 years after the purchase, we still feel tremendously grateful for Sara's job and we certainly will continue with her for our next home.

Sarah was more than a realtor; she was our guardian angel regarding our first home purchase. She was professional, positive-thinking, caring, and extremely understanding of our issues and needs. She never pushed us houses to make a quick sale. Instead, she guided us with her real-state market experience to find the best deal possible inside our budget. Even though it took us two months and four attempts to close a deal and finally have our home, she never missed a beat. Even after the sale was almost completed, she fought for a better agreement on our side. There were several small details I would never imagine to be possible in our favor. I feel fortunate to cross paths with such a fierce service provider. I'll happily recommend her to everyone who needs a realtor. On top of everything, she hangs around post-purchase to verify if we made a good deal. I wish every sales professional were like her.
