Sarah was a big help in selling my house which I had lived in for 47 years. She helped me in getting the house ready to show by giving me a list of all the things that i needed to do to get the house ready for the market. Sarah also provided a house cleaner and a yard maintenance person to help lessen my workload. Once listed she continued to update weekly with the sales and new listings in the area and gave me feedback with all the showings. When the offer came in she continued to guide me through the process as it had been soo long since my last real estate transaction. Sarah was absolutely amazing to work with. I was looking to buy my first home, I didn't really know what I was doing or how to go about things. Sarah broke things down for me in an easy to understand way. She was very quick to arrange multiple tours of various homes. And before long we had found the perfect place. Sarah was always quick to answer any questions I had. I honestly felt like we were a team throughout the whole process. I highly recommend her.

The walls of our condo were closing in. We just had another baby. We needed more house. We needed more coffee. We needed a realtor! We tapped Sarah for the job and she quickly took stock of our needs (and wants), committed them to memory and swiftly applied her craft. Being a mother of two Sarah not only understands what it means to be shopping for “forever” but is also very skilled at calming nerves, easing emotions and relaxing (occasional) infantile temperaments. Her maternal demeanour isn’t to be misconstrued however, she’s also tenacious, cunning and sneaky competitive. Our search was focused in Tsawwassen, a niche market where multi-offer scenarios are the norm. In spite of the community not being her usual stomping grounds, she familiarized herself quickly with the different neighbourhoods and imparted her sleepless clients with nothing but confidence (and caffeine-based treats). Sarah is incredibly responsive and eager to field questions anytime day or night, so we always felt in good hands. Over the course of a few months we saw the good, bad and ugly (that poor fish!), but once we found “the one” Sarah committed herself to winning it for us - and that she did! But before we could plan outfits for the victory parade we still had to sell our condo - within the 10day subject removal period - and you guessed it, she did that too! And for far more than we ever anticipated :) Would I recommend Sarah to others? It’s a resounding YES. In fact she’s already working with a family member. So if you’ll excuse me I need to get shopping for a house warming gift - Sarah is a sure thing!

As a first time home buyer, I could not recommend Sarah enough! She is so knowledgeable and was incredibly helpful to us in this process. She always made sure that we were being heard in the things that we wanted and were looking for. Sarah was also very thorough when she was explaining the process and paperwork to us without being demeaning. Sarah’s bubbly personality was infectious and made us feel so excited and optimistic about the home buying experience. Sarah will walk you through everything from putting in your first offer, to setting you up with a lawyer, to recommending a home inspector. Again I truly can’t recommend Sarah enough as your realtor, she helped us make our dream of buying a home come true!

It was my first time selling a home. I had people suggest Sarah to me. It was the best decision I could have made. The level of professionalism and experience Sarah's team had made selling a house in a bad selling market as easy as possible. We had friends selling at the same time and could compare the levels of service each of us were getting and Sarah blew the other relator out of the water. Once the house sold we were purchasing out of town. Sarah put us in contact with a local relator, but after she learned we were not happy with the service we were getting she then agreed to help us buy where again the level of service and experience blew the other relator out of the water. Her level of customer service is none to other. She traveled multiple times for us with full days of house hunting. We sold and bought within 2 months and moved 3 months later. Within all this time Sarah dealt happily with all of my panic/stress calls and gave me honest and great advice when needed. We would highly recommend Sarah to any of our friends or family.

Sarah was more than a realtor; she was our guardian angel regarding our first home purchase. She was professional, positive-thinking, caring, and extremely understanding of our issues and needs.
