First time working with the team this spring 2019 and it was anything but a typical listing, which most REALTORS as you know...don't get back to you till an offer sheet or something hits the desk.....They assisted us on staging our home, provided much comps for the right price, applied absolutely no pressure prior and during the listing appointment, set a reasonable expectation from the start, and at the end of the day....they hammered home a close to full offer in less than a week of our place hitting the market!! lol..they sold our home and needless to say, I'm sold on their service for life ! Thanks Chris and his Ackerman team for arranging this fantastic event to celebrate 2018 Easter. The park is so beautiful with wild ducks on the wonderful pond and so many kids and parents were enjoying this outdoor activity very much with the Bunny being present!
