Purchased a unit. It was listed for only a day. We were on it quick. Very thorough work. Saved me hundreds of dollars with no work. Set me up with an inspector and mortgage broker. Best in their trades. They put your interests first. They don't operate in a M.O of scarcity. Generous, honest, and accomodating.

Nick was super helpful in making this a very successful and efficient buy and sell process for me. I got my new apartment, practically dream apartment for under ask and got my current apartment sold with multiple offers over ask in 5 days. The whole process from seeing an apartment one weekend, offering the next, my open house the next all happenned within about 3 weeks so time was of the essence. Nick and Chris were very hardworking and knowledgeable. Nick was my main go to guy and he was always in constant contact with me keeping my updated on what I needed to do plus showings and offers.

I can't speak highly enough of Gemma as our realtor. She helped us to sell and buy our apartment few months ago very smooth and convenient. At that time home market was crazy and each listing was getting multiple offer. She never pushed us to something that we were not interested in and helped us to have a broad vision on our choices by sending detailed information and projections. Her responsiveness and professionalism was beyond our expectation. She is also like a friend caring and thoughtful, So Gemma is my always suggestion to any one who is looking for a real estate agent.

I would advise against using this realtor - Synergy/Gemma or Chris. Firstly be very careful with what you sign. They have an unusual clause in here which says that if you sign with them and you later change services, they will still receive the commission. This is a highly unethical and jerk clause. Second, their commission rates are high and there is nothing they provide that another realtor will and cannot. Third, they give incorrect advice in my experience. Avoid at all costs, in my opinion, and be very wary of signing without knowing what the small print says. This is my take and experience.

Everything about this company is so impressive. From the moment that I first spoke to the agent, through the entire process I was overwhelmed by their attention to me, my home, what I wanted and how well they made sure I was looked after. With their support, excellent attention to detail, listing on line, time taken with showings and everything their team did not only did my unit sell for the list price but far over the asking price. I would recommend the Synergy Real Estate Group to anyone wanting to list their property. They go over and above what is required to get the job done. Make sure you ask for Wolvi Menezes.

Our daughter and her boyfriend had used Wolvi Menezes as their realtor in their first home purchase together in May 2021, they shared many great things about their experiences and the positive result they received. Therefore we decided to work with Wolvi, his partner Chris and the Synergy team for the sell of our home and new home purchase. They are well connected with resources and can can offer reputable trades personnel and contractors, which we did utilized and got them in promptly despite the busy summer.
