With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, I specialize in helping local and international families navigate the buying and selling of residential properties throughout the Lower Mainland. My experience spans a broad range of real estate, from condominiums and townhomes to single-family homes, allowing me to provide knowledgeable and personalized guidance tailored to each client's unique needs.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of assisting hundreds of clients with their real estate journeys. I believe that buying or selling a home is much more than a transaction—it is an important financial and personal decision that requires trust, clear communication, integrity, and dedication.

My career in real estate began in 2003 with RE/MAX Central Realty in Burnaby, which later became RE/MAX Crest Realty. For 16 years, I worked full-time as a Real Estate Assistant alongside my partner in both work and life. This experience provided me with a strong foundation in real estate sales, marketing, customer service, administration, and transaction management, while giving me an in-depth understanding of the local market and the many details involved in a successful real estate transaction.

In 2019, I took the next step in my career and became a licensed REALTOR®. It has been an incredibly rewarding journey. In my first year, I was honoured to receive theRookie of the Year Awardfrom RE/MAX Central. In the years that followed, I was also recognized with the100% Club Award, Platinum Club Award, and the prestigious Hall of Fame Award. These achievements are a reflection of the trust, referrals, and continued support I have received from my clients.

My approach to real estate is grounded inintegrity, honesty, diligence, and a commitment to excellence. I work diligently and responsibly to understand my clients' goals, provide thoughtful advice, and guide them through each stage of the process with confidence and care. My clients' needs are always my top priority.

What I value most, however, is not simply the successful completion of a transaction, but the relationships I build along the way. Many of my clients have become lifelong friends, and I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to be part of their important milestones.
