tldr; experience: 5 negotiation: 5 professionalism: 5 communication: 5 expectations: 5 property/neighborhood knowledge: 5 overall: 5 we had a chance to work with Rupinder/Chirag in upgrading our home by selling our condo and buying a townhouse. during the buying phase, they made sure we got the best value of our money. we were in a bidding situation and even though our offer isn't the highest, we were able to win because of Rupinder/Chirag professionalism, experience, communication and negotiation skills. and during the subject removal and adjustment, we were still able to get some dollars to bring down our overall cost. i am not sure how Rupinder did it, but we were very happy to get more credits. in the end, we were not the highest bidder, but won; on top of that we got sizable credits to bring down our overall cost down. during our selling phase, in a very short notice to sell, we had multiple above asking offers and were able to accept an offer in 3 days! their experience, strategy, skills made the difference. we chosed the highest bid, and during subject removal/adjustment, the buying agent made some demads/credits but Rupinder again able to reduce their demands to 20% thanks to his negotiation skills, experience and professionalism. i highly recommend Rupinder/Chirag, your best interests is always on top! until our next real estate transaction! :) A&A
