Terribly rude, No respect, cuts corners, as well as likes to make remarks regarding race. This man is not someone I would personally trust with my money or the future of the home I live in. This man can’t follow simple laws of a tenancy branch I don’t think he can be a realtor and sell homes. He urged his family to evict a family so that he could live in the house being rented. (Legal to do) however what is not legal is not actually moving into that house or any family of yours move into that house. Then jacking up the rent and renting it to a non family member (very illegal to do 🫢) Unfortunately this is someone that I fear is just money hungry and doesn’t care about doing things the right way if it means more money in his pocket from cutting corners.

Tried to upsell a broken down shack as a high class home. Found to be dishonest and shady. Some of the other reviewers must be lying or on drugs as what they say is not true. Secondly tried to take advantage of our neighbour, pressuring her to sell and she’s 89 years old. He wanted her to sell or redone and demolish her house to build high price condos. Now also there’s a write up about him on facebook something about cheating through exams for some trades classes and collecting signed off hours that were never worked - paperwork shows this on the write ups. Since meeting him I would wager heavily that this is likely true when considerations everything he said that was now proven to be false.

Jason is the best. Very helpful and professional. He sold our house within 24 hours. Highly recommended
