Jason found us a buyer with a very fair offer within about two weeks, which was perfect for our timeline as we were eager to move into our new place. Jason was always easy to reach — he consistently answered our phone calls and texts and never left us waiting more than an hour for a response. That level of communication took a lot of the stress out of the process and made us feel very well looked after. We would strongly recommend Jason to anyone looking to buy or sell. Jason is very professional in his dealings and explained the selling process at length in our first meeting. One of the aspect, I appreciated most about him was the consistent communication and feedback he provided after every viewing or open home. Jason was always respectful and very prompt in answering our questions. Another thing I like about him is being very resourceful. He organized the external cleaning of the property and brought a professional photographer for taking pictures and creating video. That made us confident that our property was being properly marketed. He was fully transparent in his communications. The whole process of selling our home and buying another home happened quickly and in a stress free manner. We are very pleased with Jason and will strongly recommend his services! Nope! No business from us! Not a good feeling with Jason Sandhu & Associates! You don't get a 2nd chance for a 1st impression, and you failed miserably!!! It's customary for property owners selling their properties to shop around for realtors. This includes shopping for rates that property owners have a legal right to know. Called this organization to find out what they charge for selling homes. However, the owner, Jason Sandhu, refused to give his rate. And, he said we MUST meet him in person to discuss. And he asked WHY are we selling our home. Other realtors we called were forthcoming with their rate. But Jason Sandhu & Associates not only refused to answer our question, but expected us to answer his questions. We never, ever do business with anyone who refuses to reveal the cost of using their services. Shame on you!!!

Exceptional. I never thought that I would be able to sell my townhouse while sitting here in India and above all with tenants in it. I remember Jason saying "you just have to sign the documents and rest of the headache is mine" Believe it or not that's what exactly happened. He is highly professional.
