We can’t recommend Frances highly enough!!! We came to her for help buying a house on Bowen while we were still living in Ontario. She was highly knowledgeable and completely respectful of our many special needs and did video calls with us to show properties. We especially appreciated her sense of humour and her willingness to share details about life on Bowen. We ended up wanting to put an offer on one of her listings, so she was not able to represent us for the sale. But she quickly put us in touch with another trusted agent, and she was still willing to answer questions from us about the island, local contractors, etc. It was such a pleasure working with Frances and getting to know her! We had to sell my mother's home on Bowen Island after she passed away. Frances Frost, a Realtor on Bowen Island helped us out. She was amazing. She was very sensitive to our needs at a particularly emotional time and was able to get us an excellent buyer from the neighbourhood at a fair price for both sides.
