Benjo Peralta

Born in Manila and raised in Vancouver in his teens, Benjo has experienced growing up and living in the Vancouver Lower Mainland and Surrey - Fraser Valley for over 28 years. He loves seeing the changes and growth in the community over the years.

Benjo is a Licensed Realtor, a Licensed Mortgage Broker, an entrepreneur, and a Real Estate Investor. He is passionate about helping clients with their home ownership and achieving their financial dreams. In his downtime, he loves spending time with his wife Adrienne, and his 2 furry boys Schatz and Nugget throwing playing balls, obedience training, hiking new trails, and nature travel adventure. He also loves spending time and dining with his mom and dad, and inlaws / family when time permits.

Benjo has a Bachelor’s Degree in Entrepreneurial Leadership from Kwantlen Polytechnic University. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience in over 2 decades in Finance, Entrepreneurship, Public service, Mortgage Financing, and Real Estate industry. He was a Banker for 7 years at Royal Bank; he was an online reseller entrepreneur for 4 years; he was a Public Servant at Canada Revenue Agency for 4 years, he is currently a Licensed Mortgage Broker with Dominion Lending - A Better Way Mortgages for 10 years, and also a currently a Licensed Realtor with RE/MAX for 9 years.

Benjo is a Fraser Valley Real Estate Medallion Club member and a 10 year - member of Mortgage Broker Association of BC. . He is also a supporter of RE/MAX Children’s Miracle Network. He is also a proud supporter of BC Cancer Agency and InspireHealth – Supportive Cancer Care.
