Looking for Whistler property remotely, Jane spent a lot of time learning about our situation, desires and priorities, and continually alerted us of properties that fit our description. When our home came on the market, she had the information to us before the property went live, ensured we were one of the first to view, and meticulously built our offer to ensure we were as competitive as possible. After learning our offer had been accepted, Jane worked with us every step of the way through closing. This is normally where the professional relationship ends. Due to COVID, however, we were unable to come to the Whistler area to find and place tenants, or check on our place. Jane kindly offered to hold onto our keys, checked on our place regularly as per insurance requirements, and even conducted the walkthrough with our tenant on our behalf. My wife and I reside in Seattle and decided to purchase a ski chalet in Whistler amidst COVID-19. We had no idea where to get started as we realized we had to perform the entire transaction remotely. Jane was referred to us by friends and she did a phenomenal job from start to finish. Jane’s knowledge of the Whistler area is amazing and she provided us with lots of great guidance and advice that helped us zero in on the properties that were an ideal fit for our family. She worked to our schedule, FaceTiming us from various homes at times that suited our schedule. The process in Canada is very different from the US. Jane has a great network of professionals around her that helped us navigate the complex process from end to end. She put us in touch with all the necessary contacts to get the process completed remotely amidst COVID-19. Given the economic uncertainty, we wanted to find a great value. Jane never hesitated to write on properties we requested. In fact she wrote on two properties before writing on the final home we ended up purchasing. Jane went above and beyond, helping with closing, addressing issues on our behalf that came up in the inspection since we were not able to physically make it to Canada.
