Of all the real estate agents we've worked with over the years buying and selling homes, Felix is the best. If there were Michelin stars for real estate agents...Felix would get 3. Felix cares about your journey to make sure you buy a home that is right for you. He knows it's not a house, but a home. He raises questions that you may not have thought of. He is an excellent negotiator and detail oriented. We feel very blessed to have met Felix.

My husband and I met Felix at an open house and immediately liked his energy. He was friendly, calm, and authentic. Rather than following us around or pressuring us, he gave us the space to explore the home ourselves while being readily available to answer questions. That approach helped build trust from our very first meeting and we asked Felix to be our Realtor. Felix does not disappoint. He was always there to take our calls and answer any questions we had. I recently had an amazing experience with Felix selling my apartment. Without a doubt Felix is the best realtor I've ever worked with in Vancouver. Professional, knowledgeable, dedicated and extremely hard working for the client and if that wasn't enough an all round nice guy, did I mention he answers your messages within 2 hours usually, but at the very least he responds the same day so you're not left hanging and in todays fast paced property market that is vital.
