When I'm filming my normal video, tours, it's me, and my videographer who's amazing, but we're both making sure my hair is okay and I don't have anything sticking out somewhere and we're looking around us to make sure there's nothing weird behind us when we're filming. So when filming with our ew it's this whole professional group of people and I feel like I'm on a movie set. It's very important to have persons like video Instagram, social media, and
Like Realtors has been, of course, on the tabs like a mini movie because there's the only way I can connect with younger crowd, the area, chasing his core missions, only 37 38. So they don't read newspapers or magazines. So, the only way we reach them is through a video. But stood out to me after the cameras were rolling was just how much of a production, how much one into the planning and into the whole organizing of this and just how elevated of an
Variants. It was relative to anything else. I've done, you know, whether it was with video or advertising I've just never done anything on this scale. So just standing back and really being in awe of how this was put together and being part of it. It's essential for for realtor. If you want to get your name out there at the same day and age, you have to be comfortable in front of the camera from the scale de re W with Realtors versus the. Of course the my personal stuff in the skills I would say it's night and day. Well I definitely
Any real tours is way up there. Compared to any of our other marketing. I would say it's probably at the highest level, the camera, the makeup, the staff, at the everybody, that was there. Everybody was there. Everybody had their part. I actually grew up in film myself, many, many years ago, and it reminded me of lot of being on feature films or TV series behind and in front of the camera, because how professional it was, how the team work together.
Predictably and just working for good results, right? I think today you have to be on cameras. It's very important. I don't necessarily want to be on camera all the time. You don't see me posting Instagram photos, 20 times a day, but it is the ability for clients and people potentially looking to buy or sell to know what they're getting before. You actually even get in, get in the door for a listing presentation. So I think I mean there's a level of professionalism. I think you look at certain brands I'll just real estate Brands but there's various
Vowels. And if you want to do your own videos, that's great. I mean you're getting out there. But as you as you want to go up in your game and have different types of clientele. You need to partner yourself with with those type of entities and already W's again that vehicle for me to show myself on camera for a professionally as opposed to, you know, selfie selfie Imaging or whatever it is.
