Yes, to qualify for an REW Real Estate Award or Achievement, agents must be current REW One Members.

All winners receive a complimentary ticket and are able to purchase a ticket for one guest ($95, plus tax). If winners wish to purchase more tickets, they may purchase them at regular member price ($95, plus tax). Winners can also purchase a table where the cost of their ticket and the discounted ticket is factored into the overall cost.

Other REW One Member agents may purchase tickets for themselves and any guests at regular member price ($95, plus tax).

Non-members may purchase tickets for themselves and any guests at full price ($235, plus tax).

The awards night event begins at 5:30 pm and is expected to run for approximately four hours. We recommend arriving promptly to ensure you receive your drink ticket and have a chance to find your table.

Yes! You will receive a drink ticket, plus wine is served at the table during the sit-down dinner portion of the evening, followed by a dessert buffet with tea and coffee.

This is a gala event, so dress your best! We encourage cocktail attire, but as always, we want you to be yourself. Our theme is black and gold, but there’s no pressure – wear whatever you feel best in.

Yes, the Paradox Hotel Vancouver has a paid parking lot that can be found in the alleyway. It is safe and secure, but there is an hourly cost involved. We highly recommend taking transit or an Uber or taxi if you plan on drinking.

The Paradox has a very limited number of discounted rooms available for our guests. If you are interested, please contact our event team for more information.

Achievements are milestones any REW One Member can attain within a market and are displayed on REW.ca.

Awards recognize the top performers in Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley for each specified category and are celebrated at an in-person, live event.

They are based on REW One Member agent performance metrics collected through REW.ca, such as listing views, profile impressions, claiming homeseeker tour requests, etc.

Achievements apply to agents in BC, Alberta, and Ontario across REW Connect/Apex markets.

Awards are presented within the 12 Award Regions in the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley, plus four Spotlight Award winners.

Your REW.ca profile will display your earned Achievements under the "Awards" tab. Your profile photo, in various parts of REW will also display an “Award Winner” badge.

Yes, agents can earn multiple Achievements and win multiple Awards if they qualify.

“Award Winner” badges will remain visible for one year in agent search results, listing cards, Apex ad placements and other places across REW.ca. Once the year ends, Award (but not Achievement) winners also receive ongoing recognition on their One Member agent profile pages under the “Awards” section.

They will appear on your profile, in agent search results, on listing cards and in Apex ad placements.

Yes! Each award includes a source and qualification details to help you promote your recognition on other platforms. Do note that according to BCFSA regulations, you will need to disclose that the award originated on REW.ca. Be sure to check with your local governing body to see the requirements related to displaying and using awards you’ve earned in marketing materials. If you are unsure of how to do this, please reach out to your Account Manager for clarification.

Yes! Winners will receive a trophy at the awards ceremony.

If you cannot attend the event for whatever reason, we will ensure your trophy is delivered or shipped to you, depending on your location.

We will not be ordering additional trophies for this inaugural event.
