What is an award?

Awards are presented to outstanding agents within the Award Regions in Alberta, Ontario and BC – which is further broken down into Greater Vancouver (including Sea-to-Sky), Fraser Valley and, Vancouver Island and BC Interior.

From each region and sub-region, we select the top-three winners for the Agent Visibility Expert, Listing Exposure Expert and Homeseeker Advocate. From the top-three agents in each category, we select a first-place winner as well.

How can I win an Award?

To win an award, you must meet the following conditions:

  • Be a current REW One Member agent.
  • Meet the in-house qualification metrics determined by REW, such as achieving a certain threshold of listing views, profile impressions, and claiming Homeseeker requests

Which markets and regions are included?

Awards are presented within the Award Regions in Alberta, Ontario and BC – which is further broken down into Greater Vancouver, Fraser Valley and Vancouver Island.

How can I check if I’ve earned an Award?

Your REW.ca agent profile will display your earned Awards under the "Awards" tab. Your profile photo, in various parts of REW, will also display an “Award Winner” badge.

How will my Awards be displayed on REW.ca?

All winners will see their Awards appear on their profile, in agent search results, on listing cards and in Apex ad placements.

The top ten winners from each category in each area will be highlighted on the Awards section of our website as well.

Can I earn multiple Awards?

Yes, agents can earn multiple Awards if they qualify.

How long do Awards stay on my profile?

“Award Winner” badges will remain visible for one year in agent search results, listing cards, Apex ad placements and other places across REW.ca.

Can I use my Award for marketing?

Yes! Each Award includes a source and qualification details to help you promote your recognition on other platforms. You will receive an email from REW.ca with a digital press kit you can use to promote your Awards on your own platforms.

Do note that in BC, according to BCFSA regulations, you will need to disclose that the award originated on REW.ca. Be sure to check with your local governing body in your province about the requirements related to displaying and using awards you’ve earned in marketing materials. If you are unsure of how to do this, please reach out to your Account Manager for clarification.

Will I receive a physical award?

All first-place winners from every category in each region and sub-region will receive physical stickers in the mail that they can display on their brokerage’s walls, windows or wherever they wish for visibility.

For all other agents that have won an award but are not first-place winners, you will receive a digital promotional package via email that you can use on social media, your website and other virtual locations.

How will my Awards and Achievements be displayed on REW.ca?

They will appear on your profile, in agent search results, on listing cards and in Apex ad placements.
