Licensed in 2003, Ty started working for Valley Pacific Realty and in 2019 established the new partnership which led to the switch over to Royal Lepage Wolstencroft.
Ever since day one, Ty has exhibited a passion for the business, concentrating on strong marketing for his clients. Ty is known as one of the top social media marketing agents with a large following, giving him a strong online presence providing the team’s clients with an extra powerful resource to market properties on a large scale.
Growing up, Ty watched his father Dan help people buy and sell homes, and also saw the love Dan had for this business. He knew early on that these were the footsteps in which he would eventually follow.
Ty has achieved the Medallion Award Status for top sales achievements in the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board the past 17 years in a row, many of which he placed in the Top 1% of agents & Top 1% for Royal Lepage Canada. . His passion for the business is evident in each and every transaction which now includes over 1500+ sales in his career. Currently residing in Langley, Ty has vast experience across almost every city in Metro Vancouver.
