Trish is owner and mortgage broker at DLC Primex Mortgages, based out of Pitt Meadows. She assists clients across BC with mortgage financing for all situations.
With over 20 years in the business, Trish has helped thousands of families and homeowners reach their financial goals with home ownership, debt consolidations and obtaining mortgage solutions that are uniquely suited to each individual situation. At Primex, the team of seven all have similar goals, morals and values that lead to a client first mentality.
As the owner of DLC Primex Mortgages, Trish oversees all client files and communication to ensure each client is receiving the best of care. Trish has been in the mortgage industry since 2004 and is in the Top 2% of all brokers across Canada. Trish has an extensive range of knowledge for many different lending areas and creates strategic mortgage solutions for every situation.
