Willoughby Heights is a small, traditionally rural community just south of the TransCanada Highway near the Township of Langley. In recent years, a wealth of development in Willoughby Heights has created a bustling community both residentially and commercially.

Willoughby Heights hosts the Langley Events Centre, which is the area's largest sports and entertainment complex. The centre has a large ice arena, Langley Gymnastics with a full gymnastics studio, as well as the Willoughby Community Centre.

In recent years, a wealth of development in Willoughby Heights has created a bustling community both residentially and commercially. Because of the recent development, househunters have a variety of reasonably priced options. The busy 200 th Street area offers new townhouses and single-family homes close to new restaurants and commercial areas.

Willoughby Heights real estate is slightly higher in price than that of nearby neighbourhoods such as Fort Langley. TransLink offers numerous bus services to the Fort Langley area, including the 501 Langley Centre route. Drivers can also take the TransCanada Highway, which is just north of the community, or Fraser Highway just south of Willoughby Heights, which both offer quick access to Downtown.
