Things are looking up in Whistler real estate. After three sluggish years, sales of detached, townhouse and condo properties rose in 2011. Dollar volumes for detached homes and condos were also stronger than they had been since 2007, and for townhomes, since 2008.
Median sale prices at the end of 2011 were in the range of $1.07 million for detached homes, $520,000 for townhouses and $280,000 for condos.
