Never-before-seen listing video footage of Sycamore Valley Ranch in California – formerly MJ's Neverland Ranch - released by Sotheby's International

Have you ever been curious about the late Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch in California? Yes, so have we...

The vast property, now renamed Sycamore Valley Ranch and located just north of Los Olivos in the Santa Ynez Valley, is currently listed by Sotheby's International for a cool $100,000,000 US.

Sotheby's has released the full listing information, photos and a YouTube virtual tour, below, with never-before-seen footage of the property.

The 2,700-acre working ranch has an array of buildings including a main residence of more than 12,000 square feet with six bedrooms, including a large master wing with a loft/den/library and two master bathrooms. It also features a huge formal living room; a large dining room capable of accommodating two tables, a rustic family room with a Bouquet Canyon stone fireplace, a breakfast room with a garden and lake view, a recreation room and upper-level guest suites.

There are extensive additional buildings designed to accommodate conferences and retreats, with a 50-seat theatre auditorium, a hotel-style reception area, huge dance studio and offices. There is also a separate outdoor kitchen and BBQ pavilion, and an additional building with four more guest suites.

The grounds are a mixture of lush landscaping with formal ponds, fountains, a swimming pool and even a suspension bridge, alongside the more rustic working ranch and stables. There's no sign of the famous theme park of Michael Jackson's day, but the formal planting spelling out "Neverland" in front of the main residence has been retained, complete with Peter Pan and Captain Hook's crossed swords.
