Searching for properties in your chosen area and finding open houses on the go will now be a breeze, with a host of whizzy smartphone- and tablet-friendly features. These are:
- Search for your dream home in map view and list view.
- Filter by area, bedrooms, bathrooms and price with our easy-use selector tools.
- Advance filter: Property type, square feet, age.
- Search homes near me: Using your device’s geolocation settings, the mobile site will show you homes in map or list view that are near your current location.
- Open houses near me: Using your geolocation settings the site can also show you open houses in map or list view near your current location.
- Top homes: Browse homes in your selected neighbourhoods that are either:
- Most viewed
- Most expensive
- Most affordable
- Largest
- Smallest
- Recently listed
- Instant viewings: Call or email the agent of a property you are interested in directly from the listing page on your smartphone or tablet.
