What could be better than moving into a new home, a short walk away from a pristine beach, with expansive views of the Okanagan Lake, and fabulous amenities like an indoor pool, outdoor hot tub and pickleball and tennis courts? Residents at Kelowna’s McKinley Beach master planned community will enjoy just that and much more.

“McKinley Beach offers a kilometre of walkable, swimmable beach with picnic areas, and a swimming dock by the marina,” says Sandra Matlock, McKinley Beach Sales Manager. “Residents can also grab pizza from the Beach House Pizza and enjoy the amazing views.”

A buyer can build a custom home up to 5,000 square feet for $1.595m, and it offers the last opportunity for a slip available at the marina,” says Matlock. “We also have four 2,000 square foot single-family homes with pond and forests views in Juniper Grove. They are selling for $1.248 and will be move-in ready by the end of the year.”
