The bigger the word, the more often it is used in the 100 Lower Mainland listings descriptions we randomly selected from REW.ca. And the most-used adjectives were not a surprise. After all, who wouldn't want a private, spacious, open-concept home for their family? However, you may want to consult a thesaurus if you're using "great" to describe your listings on a regular basis.
