Conceived by Richmond-based Andrew Cheung Architects, the 15-storey concrete mixed-use tower is a showstopper.

It’s no secret that Richmond Centre has been experiencing rapid growth over the last few years. The draw of this culturally diverse and vibrant, with the combination of an emerging dining scene, major malls and shopping, attractions like the Night Market, River Rock and the Richmond Olympic Oval, is not surprising.

Welcome to another reason: Tucked away off No. 3 Road on a quiet street, Prima offers a true retreat of your own in the heart of it all. Conceived by Richmond-based Andrew Cheung Architects, the 15-storey concrete mixed-use tower is a showstopper.

“The tower has a distinct look of punched windows in concrete frame offering the building a more distinct and unique volumetric character,” explains Kassra Tavakoli, architect Andrew Cheung Architects. “The above-ground parkade is fully enveloped with a contemporary and elegant pattern of semi-translucent, undulating metal panel system wrapping all sides, shielding the view of parked cars, while providing a distinct pattern that shimmers with a bright and sharp reflection during the day and glows at night through its partially perforated metal panels.”

Prima’s sophisticated double-height lobby, with intricate raised wood and smoked mirror panels adorning the walls, welcomes you home in style. Prima condos, which range from 517 to 1,569 square feet, are a study in functional design and convenience at every turn. Each of the 101 one, two, two-bedroom and den and three-bedroom + three and den homes residences are appointed with 12-foot ceilings, wide-plank high-end laminate floors, air conditioning, and covered and shielded inset balconies to take in the gorgeous sunsets.

Elegant gourmet kitchens present European appliances, including an integrated refrigerator and gas wok burner, two-toned cabinetry, and spacious islands with sink; while the ensuite bathrooms will entice you to linger a little longer, with marble countertop and backsplash, Kohler faucets and adjustable showerheads and large raised mirrors with integrated lighting.

A collaboration between Anderson Square and The Quorum Group thought went into leaving a lasting positive impact - local materials were sourced, Prima features Geothermal energy, a landscaped roof with water-saving fixtures, as well as a large number of EV stalls, automatic lighting and significant natural ventilation within the parkade.
