Showcased here is an absolutely stunning, brand-new North Vancouver home, built by local design-build contractor Intermind Design.
Inspired by "1920s early modern Vienna Secession," according to Intermind, the architecture of this contemporary house combines high functionality with extraordinary aesthetics.
The internationally influenced yet recognizably West Coast design employs advanced commercial Nichiha wall panels, and prominent use of wood along with metal longboard siding. The exterior is accented with stone veneer, elongated black windows, oblong pavers and extensive decks, multileveled platforms and stepped concrete planters.
Although the interior is immersed in a neutral colour scheme, the opulent ambience is enriched with natural, non-figurative patterns and playful forms, says the contractor.
