Park Royal real estate is largely older, though newer developments include the Robert A.M. Stern-designed Water's Edge condo development, as well as a handful of high-rise towers. Single-family residences off Taylor Way offer something more secluded along leafy side streets.

It would be easy to forget there's anything more to Park Royal than the shopping centre and roads that wind around the Capilano River separating West Vancouver from North Vancouver. The mall, also named Park Royal, is a major transit hub and shopping destination, but off Marine Drive and Taylor Way, exclusive residences are home to those who enjoy the convenience the amenities offer.

Park Royal is also linked to the Ambleside neighbourhood by the waterfront Centennial Trail, a walking path that offers a gentle escape from the bustle of the community.

While the average home price is $800,000, a variety of lower-quality housing masks the fact that condos start at $575,000 and house prices approach $2.5 million. View Park Royal MLS® listings
