Jonathan Fung spent weeks looking for the perfect place to call home.
The 28-year-old mortgage specialist had a wish list that included a great downtown location, good size condo and great price.
Fung found everything he wanted at Yaletown's Pacific Point.
"I bought a one bedroom and den that's 747 square feet that's a really good size," says Fung. "I hadn't found anything in my price range that was above 600 square feet that I liked."
