Morgan Creek is a small community that forms part of central Surrey. It's surrounded by blueberry farms - including the Sekhon blueberry farm, which has been active since the 1980s.

Morgan Creek is a small community that forms part of central Surrey. It's surrounded by blueberry farms. The neighbourhood's southwestern boundary is Highway 99, which offers quick access to the rest of the Lower Mainland and to the Canadian/United States border.

The nearby award-winning Morgan Creek Golf Course offers beautiful fairways for golf enthusiasts. As one of British Columbia's premier facilities, the course offers a golf academy, target greens and all the top golf accessories and apparel.

Morgan Creek began as a residential development of 325 homes in 1994, located in the Rosemary Heights area. It has since bloomed: In addition to the hundred of homes currently in development, future development calls for an increase of 10,000 residents within the next seven years in the community.
