The 21-storey building will be located at the corner of Alberni and Denman Street
A new luxury condo building is being planned by Landa Global Properties in Vancouver’s West End, according to the Landa Global website.
Located at 1810 Alberni Street, at the corner of Alberni Street and Denman Street, the building will measure 21 storeys high and will have only two homes per floor, maximizing the living space in each unit. New York-based architecture firm Robert A.M. Stern Architects (RAMSA) is responsible for the design of the building.
The all-white structure has a rather striking design, giving off the look of two adjacent towers made up of stacked white blocks. The towers are joined together by a shared core space meant for an elevator and have an uneven yet eye-catching outward appearance.
Below are initial renderings and sketches of Landa Global's "Denman" project.
