Residential resale transactions in the Greater Vancouver area are considerably down compared with 2015’s banner November, but totals are recovering towards 10-year norms, according to Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver figures released December 2.
Home prices have slid somewhat since the peak of August, but are still way up on a year-over-year basis, added the board.
