Greater Vancouver’s home sales in February were much lower than last year’s scorching market, but signs of spring are in the air, according to latest market statistics released by the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver March 2.
Slow-growing listings were partly to blame for the low sales volumes, which were nevertheless higher than January’s, said the board. And the detached home sector led the slowdown, with condo and townhome prices staying strong.
