Fraser Valley home sales may have fallen in February by nearly 34 per cent, but that diverges considerably depending on the home type, according to Fraser Valley Real Estate Board figures released in early March.
Detached home sales were way down compared with last year, but condo sales were higher than even the scorching market of one year ago. And benchmark prices, having dipped a little since last summer’s peak, have been steadily regaining those losses and are still up 21.4 per cent since last February.
